Our approach

Controlled delivery from first conversation to final outcome.

A repeatable process protects both the client and the quality of the work.

01
Qualify

Initial conversation

We establish the problem, intended outcome, decision makers, timing, authority and whether the requirement fits our capabilities and availability.

  • High-level requirement
  • Conflict and suitability check
  • Sensitive-data warning
  • Appropriate next step
02
Define

Discovery and scope

The work is translated into a written scope with deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, access needs, assumptions and acceptance criteria.

  • Discovery session
  • Proposal and quotation
  • Statement of Work
  • Data and authorisation assessment
03
Control

Onboarding

Contracts, contacts, communication routes, access and information-handling arrangements are confirmed before substantive work begins.

  • Signed terms
  • Named stakeholders
  • Secure information exchange
  • Project plan and risk log
04
Deliver

Research, analysis and engagement

Work is conducted against the agreed methodology with progress, assumptions, decisions and changes documented.

  • Structured evidence collection
  • Analytical confidence
  • Progress communication
  • Controlled change requests
05
Review

Quality assurance

Deliverables are reviewed for factual accuracy, analytical logic, scope alignment, data handling and audience suitability before release.

  • Technical and editorial review
  • Evidence and citation checks
  • Classification review
  • Final approval
06
Embed

Presentation and closure

Findings are explained, actions prioritised and formal acceptance obtained. Access and information are then retained or deleted according to agreement.

  • Stakeholder briefing
  • Prioritised recommendations
  • Acceptance and feedback
  • Access revocation and closure
Responsible scope

Some work requires more than one specialist.

CyberBee Solutions does not present a one-person consultancy as a 24/7 managed security operation. Requirements involving continuous monitoring, major incident response, forensic evidence, broad penetration testing or specialist regulatory assurance may require vetted partners or an alternative provider.

This is discussed openly during qualification and contracting.
